TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
The purchase of the ticket directly implies the acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
The purchase of this ticket entitles the holder to attend the festival during the day/days that are specified in it provided that the ticket’s holder accepts and observes the terms and conditions ruling the operation of the venue. Only the tickets sold by official selling points are considered valid.
Carrying glass bottles, cans of soft drinks, guns, flammable materials as well as other dangerous objects to the venue installations is forbidden. The ticket’s holder accepts that the Organizers have the right to control all the above and evacuate holders from the venue.
It is prohibited the use of laser devices, pens, key rings etc.
It is prohibited by any manner of means the recording of video and audio of the festival and also the taking of photos. The security personnel and the organizer retain the right to seizure objects and evacuate holders from the venue.
The organizers assume no responsibility for accidents, damage or loss of material objects.
The security personnel is inside the venue to ensure service and safety of the public for the proper conduct of the festival. The public has to comply with the instructions of the security personnel and the representatives of the organizers and nobody has to hesitate to contact them, if necessary.
The organizers retain the right to evacuate from the stadium spectator or spectators who disturb with their own behaviour the other spectators’ right to attend the festival.
The organizers retain the right to change dates and venue notifying the public through the mass media. In this case return of tickets is not accepted and they are valid as they are.
In case of extreme weather conditions or major force that does not allow the materialization of the festival, there will be an announcement for its repetition with the same tickets. In case of cancellation of the entire festival, tickets will be redeemed within a definite time at points that will be announced with previous notice by the mass media.
The possession of this ticket does not entitle the holder to have from the canteen-bar any drink or soft drink without paying. The consumption of the canteen-bar is optional.
Parts of the festival are possible to be video or audio-recorded. Members of the public that will appear in them will have no claim against the company that runs the video/audio recording or the Organizers.
The bracelet the ticket’s holder will be provided with during the turning out at the venue is unique; in case of loss or destruction, it can not be replaced, and holders will have to keep it throughout the festival.
It is forbidden to supply tickets without the prior approval of the organizing company for account of third parties in the context of trade or business. Those tickets are cancelled by the organizing company.
No additional registration is required for the workshops.
This ticket is not refundable.****
These terms and conditions constitute the agreement of the spectator with the organizers.
